This 24 year old was matured in a single refill hogshead which yielded 293 bottles at 54. 8% ABV. Nose: stewed fruits, dark chocolate and vanilla bean. Palate: Candied orange peel, apricot and charred oak. Finish: Green waxy apples with a touch of nutmeg.
