Multi piece construction, in silver gilt with red, white, green and light blue enamels, Monetny Dvor mint marked and number hand engraved "38116" on the reverse, 47 mm x 51 mm inclusive of its integral ring, original ribbon, mounted to a five sided aluminum suspension with pinback, intact enamels, extremely fine. Footnote: The Order of Friendship of Peoples was instituted on December 17, 1972 and awarded for services towards
