In the document inside it is stated that the Society of Germans in Riga, Latvia, wish Otto von Bismarck a happy 75th birthday. Measuring 305 mm (w) x 425 mm (h), presenting light denting and scuffing of the cover, the document being undamaged, with the exception of the pages beginning to come loose, remains very fine.
